Wilson Ferry Subdivision was built in the late 1990’s. It now boasts approximately 145 homes. New construction must be approved by the Architectural Committee and follow strict guidelines. A membership initiation fee of $500 is charged each time a home is purchased or built and annual dues of $400 are charged to each homeowner. The dues fund the upkeep of the clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court and other common areas in the subdivision.
An annual meeting of the homeowners is held each Spring.
Board members are appointed at the time to serve two-year terms to conduct the business of the Home Owners’ Association.
